**Summer Meet-Ups will start on Thursday, June 22 at 8:30am at the LCA Soccer Field and will be held on Tues/Thurs until the beginning of school, excluding the week of July 2-8. 

LCA Cross Country is a combined boys and girls program that continues to be one of the top 3A cross country programs within the Seminole District.  The program starts in 6th grade with middle school cross country when our athletes learn how to become successful runners.  Athletes have a chance to compete to get on the Varsity team once they reach high school.  In 2016, the school had it's first ever VHSL state champion when Noel Palmer captured the 4A Girls State Title.  Since that time, the team has qualified several others individually to state and in 2019, the girls varsity team became the first team to qualify for state since LCA joined the VHSL.
